- Please fill in the Application Form and return to CIEC Exhibition Company Limited (mail or fax are both welcomed).
- Upon the receive of the Application Form, the Organizer will send you a confirmation letter to confirm the space, location, cost and deposit of your booth.
- The booth distribution policy is ¡°First come, first serve¡±. The exhibitors should pay 30% of the total cost as a deposit to the organizer within 15 days after the confirmation letter is received. And the balance should be paid before February 28, 2005. Reservation will be treated as invalid without deposit.
- The Exhibitor¡¯s Manual will be provided after the settlement of you booth. The content of the Manual includes information of freight forwarder, booth contractor, hotel, equipment renting, and on-site advertising, etc.
- Application deadline: February 28, 2005.
